Governor Palin told FOX News LIVE that she would actively support whoever the GOP nominee is.  She predicted that Gingrich will win the primary in his home state of Georgia.  She lauded Santorum’s efforts to bring Democrats and Union members “into the fold.”  When asked if she would accept the nomination if asked at a brokered convention, she replied that she would not be asked.  She expressed concern about who would choose the nominee at a brokered convention and about what would go on behind closed doors during the selection process.  In response to the question whether she would accept a VP nomination, she strongly recommended Colonel Allen West for that slot.  Asked if that was a “no,”  she said that it wasn’t but that the GOP nominee should serriously consider Colonel Allen West.  She said that the VP nominee should be someone who had been in the military or who had a close family member in the military.

Governor Palin reaffirmed that she would not go to see the movie ‘Game Change,’ and that neither would Senator John McCain  She said the campaign staffers that threw Senator McCain under the bus should show some shame.  She said that staff on her PAC were there and had put together a video countering the false narrative in the movie.  Governonr Palin ended the interview by reacbing out to the tornado victims in the heartland and telling them,  “Our prayers are with you.”
