Laura Ingraham and Newt Gingrich: Governor Palin Must Receive Invite to speak at Convention

Posted by Adrienne Ross on July 17, 2012

By Adrienne Ross – http://www.motivationtruth.com

It’s good to hear from other voices in the conservative movement who recognize that Governor Palin should be a speaker at the Republican National Convention. Laura Ingraham took to Twitter to express her views and even quoted former presidential candidate, Newt Gingrich, who agrees:

Via Steve Flesher, here are images of those tweets:

Here’s the audio of Laura Ingraham’s conversation with Gingrich on her radio show:

Sarah Palin Speaks With Laura Ingraham

Posted by Gary P Jackson on January 7, 2011

By Gary P Jackson

With the issues we are facing today. Sarah is taking a hard line against the Republican establishment and the chattering class. She’s particularly hard on politicians who keep saying “Trust me, I’ll get it right this time!” only to have them fail us again. It looks like a Sarah Palin presidential run will very much be America against the ineffective Ruling Class. Can’t wait.

Interview with John G. Miller, Going Rogue Jacket Winner

Posted by Ron Devito on December 22, 2009

In this interview, John G. Miller spoke with Ron Devito about winning Governor Palin’s red Going Rogue jacket in an online auction to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project and Fisher House.

Devito: “Tell me a little about yourself.”

Miller: “I authored three books, QBQ! The Question Behind the Question: Practicing Personal Accountability at Work and in Life, Flipping the Switch…: Unleash the Power of Personal Accountability Using the QBQ!, and Outstanding!: 47 Ways to Make Your Organization Exceptional. I also do speaking engagements on personal accountability and have been on the market for 15 years. I self-book almost all my engagements. I spoke for your employer — Con Edison — about personal accountability in September 2005.”

Between QBQ and Flipping the Switch, Miller has over one million books in print. Outstanding is set to publish January 1, 2010.

Devito: “How did you find out about the Going Rogue jacket”

Miller: “I was online, and saw the link to the jacket on Laura Ingraham’s site. I thought it would be a fun way to donate to help wounded veterans. One person bid $56,000. I bid $57,000 Friday (December 18, 2009) morning and found out one minute later that I owned it!”

Devito: “What is your personal connection to wounded veterans?”

Miller: “My son-in-law, Justin Gallagher, 25 fought in Fallujah, during the surge. He returned home safe and sound in 2007, but three of his buddies died from IEDs. A fourth friend lost both of his legs from a road-side bomb.”

Devito: “What is your opinion of Sarah Palin?”

Miller: “I respect her. Our values are similar. I think she is a woman of integrity. It’s not about Sarah. It’s about the values she represents: smaller federal government, less entitlement programs, strong national defense, pro-life, competition in the marketplace, capitalism. I’m a capitalist! Innovation comes from capitalism. When people compete, they have to be creative. I voted McCain-Palin in 2008. My daughter and my wife both love her.”

Devito: “What are your plans, now that you have this jacket?”

Miller: “I’m going to continue teaching personal accountability and responsibility to counter the tidal wave of victim thinking, which is very contagious and a cancer in our society. I’d love to meet Sarah now that I have her jacket!”

The winning bid was first announced by Podomani, a web design and marketing firm which handles Miller’s websites: QBQ and Outstanding Organizations.

Miller lives in CO. He and his wife, Karen, have seven children … and a horse. He grew up in Ithaca, NY

Gov. Palin to Speak at National Conservative Symposium

Posted by Ron Devito on December 19, 2009

The event organizer cancelled the entire symposium.

The text below is being left intact strictly for historical purposes.

Tea Party Support will be hosting a National Conservative Symposium from January 22 to 24, 2010 at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas. Governor Palin will be a keynote speaker there, and Saundra Hadley who works for Tea Party Support confirmed that the Governor’s speech is arranged through the Washington Speakers Bureau. Other well-known conservative speakers on the schedule include: Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Michelle Malkin, and Kevin Jackson.

The $749 base cost of the event includes three nights (double occupancy) at the five-star resort, meals, access to resort facilities, and training materials. VIP access is available at additional cost.

We are pleased to announce our lineup of keynote speakers for the National Conservative Symposium.

The National Conservative Symposium will be held at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas, January 22-24, 2010. It will provide training, networking and strategy sessions to attendees. Networking and strategy focus sessions for attendees will develop for the first time the road map for success in the battle to restore conservative constitutional governance and fiscal responsibility to America.

Following is a complete transcript of the event’s goals, objectives and methodology extracted from the main event page:

The National Conservative Symposium will bring together conservative grass-roots leaders and community organizers from across America at one of the nation’s premiere resorts for a weekend of intense discussion, education and training. Ideally we would like to have two leaders from each tea party, 9-12 or other like minded conservative groups to attend due to the extraordinary amount of information and training that we will be offering. The objective of the Symposium is to inspire and empower conservative activists to take back their political party and to take the country back to constitutional governance and fiscal responsibility by organizing for political action in their local communities and then projecting their voice and actions all the way to Washington, DC (Tea Party Support, 2009, ¶1).

The National Conservative Symposium is the first venture of this type, designed to inform, train and inspire conservatives who share a common belief in the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and the role our Founding Fathers played in drafting these core documents (Tea Party Support, 2009, ¶2).

The Symposium will go beyond inspiration and raising expectations. It will provide attendees the tools and strategy for liberty that will enable grass-roots leaders and organizers to launch their organizations on a course to success when they return home (Tea Party Support, 2009, ¶3).

Sarah Palin To Help Laura Ingraham’s Charity Auction For The Military

Posted by Gary P Jackson on December 10, 2009

Laura Ingraham, a true patriot who loves our troops and supports them in many ways, is having a charity auction to raise money for two fantastic groups: The Fisher House and the Wounded Warrior Project. Two very worthy causes and two groups that truly make a difference in the lives of injured troops and their families.

From Sarah’s Facebook page:

Laura Ingraham’s Auction to Benefit Our Military

It’s a privilege to participate in the auction Laura Ingraham is organizing to help our men and women in uniform. Laura asked if I would donate the jacket I wore on the cover of my book, “Going Rogue.” I can’t think of a better cause, and it’s especially fitting because the book is dedicated to patriots and in particular to our women and men in uniform.

All the proceeds from the auction go to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project and The Fisher House (please click the links for more information about these wonderful organizations).

Our military and their families sacrifice so much to protect us. That sacrifice was so evident at our visit to the Walter Reed Hospital on Sunday. It was deeply moving and inspirational to hear our recovering troops’ stories and to see their patriotism reflected so vividly in their willingness to serve a cause greater than themselves.

Please join Laura in helping these brave and selfless Americans and their families. You can participate in the auction by visiting Laura’s website here.

– Sarah Palin

Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.” John 15:13

We are truly blessed with the very best fighting forces in the world. These brave men and women voluntarily put their lives on the line for us every single day. They ask for nothing in return, but they are owed a huge debt by a grateful nation. Please help support these warriors who have given so much but ask so little.
