Governor Palin was a guest yesterday afternoon on the debut of Gretchen Carlson’s new show. Gretchen asked Governor Palin to explain what she meant in her op-ed about hunters and flushing dogs.
Governor Palin replied that flushing dogs is a good term when applied to senators like Ted Cruz and Mike Lee who flush out politicians hiding behind symbolic votes instead of standing up for the American people.
Governor Palin said, “United we stand and divided we will fall. And we will fall under Obamacare because the middle class will be decimated because Obamacare is going to result in a part-time employment arena. It is unfortunate that the GOP isn’t standing together. This is the time to be united.”
She said that Red State Democrats in the 2014 midterms will be facing constituents who understand the danger of Obamacare. Regarding negotiations, she said that “you stand firm until the other guy across the table understands that you mean what you say and then they respect you, and then you can sit down and start negotiating agreement.” Unfortunately, she said, there has been some capitullation on the GOP estabishment’s part and they haven’t stood and fought for relief from Obamacare.
Governor Palin said that “Oamacare is a disaster, a train wreck, a huge government intervention. I believe it is unconstitutional because it violates the commerce clause. The federal government has no right to tell us what we should or should not purchase. Tthere are so many things wrong with Obamacare.”
Governor Palin said that “we don’t give up – we fight for what is right.”
