I read with great interest, MJS, your recent post about how Don Lemon, “an openly gay African-American,” as you described him, had such totally different experiences as he tried to interview or get up close to both Palin & Bachmann – and how, of course (as this video clip underscores), Palin was just Palin – straightforward and without guile and without those notorious “talking points!” Of course, not only did he NOT get close toe “Diva” (for a Day) Bachmann, her burly and rather unpleasant husband Marcus, apparently, shoved him around and he hit his head (but not seriously) on a golf cart!
That contrast was/is SO delicious – thanks for bringing it to our attention!!
