Contest:” Create A Slogan For Palin’s 2012 Campaign”

Posted by M.Joseph Sheppard At Palin4President2016 on July 12, 2011

Imagery, ideas, artwork, graphic design and not least slogans are an important aspect of any political campaign. That is not Machiavellian, it is a common sense reality. Further, many see such items as fun, inspirational, compelling, uplifting and endearing.

That slogans have impact is of course beyond dispute as many successful political campaigns clearly confirm-witness:

He kept us out of war
Log cabin and hard cider
A new frontier
Honest Abe
Return to normalcy

That the slogans do not, many times, actually give a fair indication of what the eventual result of supporting a particular candidate will being is of course clear from, as a recent example shows, the slogan “Hope and Change.”

However, since the case of Sarah Palin will prove to be an exception to the general rule, it will be vital that a suitable slogan, with appropriate imagery is in place should she choose to run in 2012.

The mass support that Sarah Palin has, as witness her 3 million Facebook supporters, means there is a tremendous pool of talent who can come up with the campaign winning slogan which, through its message and imagery, encapsulates the way forward for America that a Palin presidency would bring. In a close election, and with the future of America at stake the entire direction of the country may rest on the small margin of victory such imagery might bring.

Here is an opportunity to not only unleash creativity, but perhaps, just perhaps, your contribution may be the one which impacts the destiny of a nation.

IN THE COMMENTS SECTION  AT THIS LINK:

M.JOSEPH SHEPPARDS; “A POINT OF VIEW

PLACE YOUR IDEAS FOR A WINNING SLOGAN, AND IMAGERY TOO IF DESIRED, FOR A 2012 ELECTION CAMPAIGN FOR SARAH PALIN.

If enough entries come in, a short list will be drawn up and submitted to a mass Palin site to make a suggestion to the Palin team to adopt the readers choice. Good luck with your creativity which may be a world changer.

Here is a submission example already from the link above;

I think your first entry there will end up being the best. I think it rings true to who Sarah Palin is, what her message is, and what we deserve to have driving us ahead in the future. It’s simple enough for all to remember, but the Governor can expand on that theme in almost all talking points. It will certainly be difficult for the MSM to punch holes in; if they try that, it will backfire. All Sarah has to do is just repeat back their punch, and start declaiming on the way American exceptionalism has overcome that flaw, or is working on it, because of our exceptional people and our exceptional Constitution, and our exceptional history. Whenever Sarah gives a speech, I’m sure her heart will come up with many different ways of declaiming on those three points, winding up with an appeal to American Exceptionalism. REVIVE – RENEW – RESTORE. It’s golden. I’d fight under that banner. Go for it.

    oh…almost forgot…

LET ‘ER RIP, SARAH !!! TRIG for FIRST KID !!!
