Obama’s energy policies are responsible for the 67% increase in gas prices, Governor Palin said tonight during a Fox News interview with Bret Baier from an undisclosed location. Baier pressed Gov. Palin to give her opinion on the other 2012 hopefuls, but she declined.

Increasing gasoline prices are beginning to take a heavy toll on Americans’ personal finances. People have to pay more at the pump, and recent economic data indicates that it has caused personal incomes and economic growth to grow. The current national average price for a gallon of gasoline is getting close to an all time high. People are taking out installment loans just to fill their gas tanks.

Bret got his lunch handed to him in that interview – far from the cool, in-charge guy he often appears on Fox News, he started to sound sniping and churlist and just one of the old boring beltway boys! Palin stood up to him and told him – but not in these words – that his questions were off-base and irrelevant and keyed only to the immediate needs of the media – NOT the long-term goals & good policies for the nation. He was decidedly UN-sympathetic, while Palin cooly let him know that his questions were just about irrelevant – at least for her needs and those of the country!
