Bristol Palin Gets a Hug from Carrie Ann on Week 9 DWTS
Posted by Dr. Fay on November 16, 2010
Bristol and Mark made us proud again last night on Week 9 of Dancing with the Stars. Their performance of the Paso Doble earned them three 9’s, their highest score of the season so far. And Carrie Ann was so impressed with Bristol’s performance that she gave her a hug.
Bristol and Mark also did a superb performance of the Waltz. However, Carrie docked Bristol a point, with which Len disagreed. So the couple received a score of one 8 and two 9’s for their Waltz. Their combined score was 53/60, landing them again at the bottom of the leaderboard.
Since our votes are weighed equally with the judges’ scores, it is important that we vote, vote, vote for Bristol and Mark. Online scoring is open until 11 AM EST today. So be sure to go vote for Bristol and Mark!
You can use your Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and personal e-mail accounts to vote. There is more information about voting at VOTING — HOW IT WORKS. This week you can vote 5 times for each account.
Bristol and Mark are giving it their all, so let’s do our part to help them go on to the Finals next week in Week 10 DWTS. We’d love to see them take that mirror ball home!

I’m Canadian and a senior who was so inspired by your spirit to dance and take a chance. A group of us watched and grew more in awe of your accomplishments every week. We voted for you because you’re you, not because of your mom. We have nothing to do with politics in the U.S. so our votes were in appreciation for going all out and doing what so many people wished over their lifetime had taken that chance. Hold your head up high and be proud of yourself. We the common folk admire you and supported you because you were just one of us. Remember with becoming famous there is always critizism and it goes with the public image no matter who you are. That is why people shy away from there dreams. But, you did it and stuck with it. Have no regrets, just soak up the glory from all of us who supported you. Go girl, it’s just the beginning for you. You have proven you can do anything. Thank you for the inspiration. We will miss seeing you dance each week. Allie

Bristol & Mark’s 2nd dance was absolutely stunning! Even my liberal pal, who I was watching it with (we all know that some liberals are anti-Bristol soley because of politics), thought that Carrie Ann’s score of 8 was crazy low. The kid’s first dance was good, too, but that 2nd dance – Wow- my friend& I were speechless over its beauty.
