Bristol and Mark danced the quick step to “Red Neck Woman” on DWTS All Stars last night. The judges didn’t seem too pleased with the improvisations in their “Wild West” version of the quick step, so their total score was 18. Therefore, it will be up to the voters (and the good Lord) to decide whether Bristol and Mark stay tonight.
Here is what Bristol posted on her blog this morning:
All That Really Matters

We agree. And we hope that all our votes helped too and that Bristol and Mark will go on for Week 3 of DWTS All Stars!

My sentiments perzactly, Jan!! Who knew about the “break” in dance routine & “rules?” Well, Mark certainly did, but this was, as you say, directed at Palin (Sarah Palin, actually – the dimwits in Hollyweird just don’t EVER get it!!).
What the producers did in bringing back Bristol & Mark was an acknowledgment of their HUGE audience popularity; if they’re voted off (based on the judges’ strange & stupid bias), the advertisers will be the first to see just how MUCH the audience has evaporated – and they won’t be one bit pleased, you can be sure of THAT!!

Carrie Ann enjoyed telling Bristol she was going to punish her for not following the rules. MARK prepares the dances. The judges usually complain to the PROFESSIONAL DANCER when the routine breaks a rule. Clearly, they want to steal Bristol’s joy but she will not allow that. They clearly gave the other dancers higher scores to make sure Bristol would be eliminated. Joey danced worse than 6 others that had lower or the same score as Joey. If Bristol is eliminated tonight, our family will return to watching The Voice and forget about DWTS.
